The book is built in five parts. The first part is about reading the room before anyone in it reads you. The second is about the specific mechanics of moving to the top spot. The third takes those mechanics into real situations, from walking into hostile territory to setting traps with favors. The fourth is about defense, what to do when someone tests you, boxes you, or brings the room against you. The fifth part is about the player behind the moves, reputation, accountability, leverage, and the cost of needing too much.

Every chapter covers one idea. Every idea is practical. Nothing here requires a title, a position, or permission from anyone. What it requires is attention, patience, and the discipline to play a longer game than the people across the table from you.
